NOTICE TO VENDOR’S – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the NEWMAN CROWS LANDING UNIFIED
SCHOOL DISTRICT (herein after referred to as the “District”) of Stanislaus County, California, will
receive proposals for:
E-RATE YEAR 22
6 SITE LOCATIONS
DISTRICT WIRELESS NETWORK UPGRADE:
INTERNAL CONNECTIONS, RFP NO. 18-19-001
Each proposal is to be in accordance with the format specified by the Business Office, copies of which
may be examined and obtained, by written request, to the District Business Office, 1223 Main Street,
Newman, CA. 95360.
Each proposal must be filed with the Business Office on or before 11:00 a.m., on the 30th Day of
November, 2018. All proposals shall be submitted separately and sealed in a package plainly marked
with the appropriate title for each proposal. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
and to waive informality in any proposals received. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for a period
of Ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of proposals.
Vendor must participate in the E-Rate Program and must provide a Service Provider
Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN) with the proposal.
